Notes for reviewers
Six decisions behind every screen
Stations, not launchers
Putting in, taking out, counts and recovery run on the page. The task on one side, the real bay on the other.
Draw the rack as it is built
Every named place shows its rack: two sides, double-height tiers and the tower light, drawn to scale.
The sensor decides
Scanned → bay lit → sensor saw it → stored. Unknown is never drawn as empty or zero. Not connected, nothing is booked.
Identify a rack by its lights
Most controllers have no ID light. Identify lights each tier in turn, then flashes the rack twice.
Plain words
One word per thing. One fact per sentence. Say what happened and the one next step.

- Two Ukrainian navigation labels are wrong. “Counts” reads “Розраховує” (“calculates”) and “Activity” is a lower-case “діяльність”. The concept proposes Інвентаризація and Журнал подій, for when Ukrainian returns.
- Today’s Inbound page says “Rack ready” when no rack is selected, and prototype copy — “Rack A”, “Sky-blue beacon pulsing in simulation” — still reaches a physical workflow.
- Operational alerts exist only in the React shell. Server-rendered pages have no alerts menu, and the two shells order the navigation differently.
- Import states three different limits. The dropzone says 10 MB, files over 5 MB are refused, and converted data over 1.5 MB fails at the server.
- Self-test promises “any colour, steady or blinking” for the tower light; the controls offer red, green and yellow steady, and the driver maps three lamps.
- Two permission labels undersell what they grant. “Change app scenario” governs web access, support bundles and licences; a seeded “reset” permission is used by nothing.
- Leftover-reel copy promises a choice the pick never offers. Guided removal always records “return required”, and the operator sees none of it while picking.
- Some recovery screens lead with internal revisions and raw error codes, and several tables show raw timestamps.
