A work order, a replenishment order and a request each create demand. Each line takes the stock there is when it arrives and closes the rest short; stock that arrives later never reopens it.

Nothing on this page lights a bay. At the rack, a take-out fulfils its line when the sensor sees the reel leave; Undo take-out inside its window reopens it.

A supervisor may close the order short: dispatch stops at once, lit reels finish, then it is final.
