Material planning: a shortage forecast, what runs out when, the 24 h orders ahead and a planner's levers.

Not in R1: Neo R1 has no forecasting: a demand line allocates what exists and closes the rest short; a minimum-stock alert and a replenishment suggestion are all R1 plans with (0045 §2, 0046 §2–3).
R1 instead: Replenishment: orders for a line buffer, started by a person or a DP18 suggestion they accept, pulled at the rack. Open Demand

Risk words and what to do

Watch list: Places Janus watches together, with the parts it expects there. A line watch list covers a line; a storage watch list covers racks.
Line buffer: Where a delivered reel is scanned in at the line.
Look ahead: How far ahead the estimate looks. Up to 7 days.
Time to get a new reel running: Taking the reel out, bringing it, scanning it in and setting it up.
Safety margin: Extra time added before the minimum.
Act by: The latest time to send a new reel so it runs before stock reaches the minimum. After it: Late · act now.
Covered by: Where a short item’s pcs can come from, in the order they can be used.
Check coverage: Works out coverage from current stock. Nothing is reserved or lit.
Going down: The reported total is falling. Not proof it was used — unloading and missed refills look the same.
Usage rate: A rate someone enters for a storage watch list. Never estimated from history.
Collecting readings: After the line setup changes, 2 new readings are needed before estimating.
Suggested reel: The reel that would be taken now. Not reserved; checked again when the take-out starts.
Offer: One reel lit — blinking blue — for someone to take, for a limited time. “Stop offering” turns it off.
Arrived: The reel was scanned at the buffer. Not loaded, not used.

Planning uses the station language: English, Magyar or Українська. An open draft is kept when you switch.
