Changes ask who you are

Every change here asks your passcode again: grants, badges, passcodes and deactivation.

Nobody locks the site out

Nobody takes their own Administrator grant or deactivates themselves. The last active administrator can’t be demoted or deactivated.

Badges

A badge is enrolled by scanning the card, and only its last 4 digits are shown. A lost badge is revoked on its own.

Nobody is deleted

A person who leaves is deactivated, and their name stays on everything they did.

Grants

A grant on a rack or an area covers it and everything below. Grants only add.

Danutek’s technician account

A named vendor account, set up at install and always on while R1 is trialled. The site gives it grants.
