Site name, time zone, and the language new people and stations start with.
The Service CLI’s setup code
Only the single-use code the installer’s Service CLI issued on this server starts a site. Nothing else does.
One administrator, one sealed recovery code
The first administrator, and a code printed once for the site safe. Vendor staff never hold it. Passcodes are checked by this server, never stored on a station.

Network, racks, stations, people, parts and labels — each row with its owner: plant IT, the installer or you.
