Parts (items) are imported from a file, by exact part number.

Stock starts fresh: reels are put in by their labels, never imported.

An items import brings parts only. Stock and bays start fresh: at go-live each reel is put in by its label (0052 §5).

“Safety stock” is not imported

It looks like Minimum. Match it, or leave it and the current minimums stay.
